Gina is the best! I was a first time buyer searching for a home in Merced County but didn’t know where to start. Gina was referred to me by a mutual acquaintance who stressed the importance of working with someone who knows the area of interest well.
From the very beginning, Gina didn’t disappoint. She was immediately responsive, returning my random calls and listening attentively as I rambled on. She was also very helpful in connecting me with a lender who worked behind the scenes while she worked to create a list of properties that reflected my desires. She even went above the bar to include homes to view that I wasn’t even aware of. Her diligence was on point considerably too as one of these properties was to become my dream home.
At every location Gina was the consummate professional. She knew exactly what to look for, all while dutifully recording every detail onto her trusty clipboard. Additionally, I recall her being extremely patient, as I would occasionally run late either commuting in from the Bay Area or just getting turned around in a new community.
I’ve been enjoying my new home for a few months now and I must say how incredibly pleased I was with the entire home-buying experience; although I don’t feel that words alone truly express the gratitude and appreciation I felt for Gina’s commitment to high quality customer service.
